1. What is a wedding favour? Wedding favours are little gifts or tokens that wedding couples give to their guests as a gesture of thank you for their presence, and also as a sweet memory of this occasion. 2. What should I be giving? Anything! As we always advise our customers, wedding favours should be something that you like... something that you feel will adds a little something special to your big day. 3. Why are there no prices on the website? The prices of favours differ according to the quantity purchased. As such, there are different tiers of pricing for each favour. Moreover, the price will also change according to the type of customisation required by each couple. 4. What is the lead time that you require for each order? On average, we would request for a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks for each order, depending on the quantity required. This is because our favours are produced only when requested by our customers and also because of the customisation that is required by each couple. 5. We have a pretty tight budget. So do you have anything that doesn't cost too much? In My Wedding Favours, you will be pleased to know that our prices are one of the most competitive in the market. This is because we believe that we are here for reason much more than profit, but also as a service to our customers to make their special day a little more special! You will be pleased to know that we offer to all our customers a FREE personalised tag with the couples' names and wedding date. Not only that, we use HOT-STAMPING printing on all our tags, so that you can have a choice of gold or silver wordings, instead of the usual black colour from ink-jet printers. Also, we offer a FREE delivery to any one location in Singapore, so that you can save the hassle of collecting or delivering your favours on your own. 7. There used to be a product catalogue. Why I can't find it on the website now? Yes, we used to have an online catalogue for our customers to view the range of favours that we have. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances where we have to protect our favour designs, we have no choice but to remove it from our website. Nevertheless, we will be more than willing to meet up with our customers at any convenient time and venue for a no-obligation appointment to present our range of favours. There, you can see and feel the actual items, as well as to clarify any query that you may have. 8. Do you deliver outside Singapore? How should I made payment? Yes... we do deliver to our customers who are outside Singapore. In fact, many of our customers are from Australia, Britain and even Malaysia. To order our favours, just give us a call or drop us an email. All we need from you are the quantity that you require, as well as the message on your personalised tag. Once we have confirmed the design, we will notify you on the cost, and you can either tele-transfer the monies to us, or you can mail us a money order. We will courier the favours to you and inform you on the delivery date. It is that simple.
